Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains which data is processed when you use Saat Tarih, why, and what your rights are. The site only collects what it needs; there are no accounts, ads or tracking cookies.
Data controller
The data controller is Bumba Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (Ataşehir / Istanbul, Türkiye). For any question or data protection request: bilgi@bumbagroup.com.
What data do we process?
- Time and date: Your device's time and time zone are read and calculated only in your browser. They are not sent to a server or stored.
- Email list form: The email address you enter, the consent you give with the checkbox, the selected language and the page of the form are processed by Bumba Group's shared list service (bumbagroup.com). Sign-up uses double opt-in: you are not added until you click the link in the confirmation email, and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. See the shared privacy notice for details.
- Server logs: The server that hosts the site keeps a standard access log for each request, with the IP address, browser information, the requested page and the time. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting, not to build profiles of people.
- Visit statistics: Umami, which runs on our own server, counts page views and a few actions (language change, theme change, whether a search found a result, joining the list). Umami does not use cookies. The words you type in search and your email address are not sent to the statistics system.
Cookies and local storage
Saat Tarih does not set any cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner. To remember your choices we use your browser's local storage (localStorage); this stays on your device and is not sent to a server. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Legal bases
- Email list: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email.
- Server logs and visit statistics: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
Your rights
Under article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Send your request to bilgi@bumbagroup.com.
